Yoga is one of the best tools out there for reducing stress and connecting to one's self. Yoga with Adriene offers free yoga videos that are designed to be done at home and with any skill level.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATIONS

Mindfulness meditation is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety. During these uncertain times, taking a break to meditate can make a big difference in your day. Calm.com offers some free resources at the link below.

HOW CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH?

The links below lead to two great websites, full of information on mental health. The first walks through many diagnosis and explains them in depth. The second, NAMI, connects you to one of the largest mental health advocacy groups in the nation.

I love to read and love sharing book recommendations! Untamed by Glennon Doyle, anything by Brene Brown, The Power of Attachment by Diane Poole Heller, Finding Your Ruby Slippers by Lisa Ferentz, and Set Boundaries, Find Peace: A Guide to Reclaiming Yourself by Nedra Glover Tawwab. Books can be a great place to begin your journey.
